At TicketHelp, all hosting accounts are activated automatically following payment confirmation:
- Credit/Debit Card: Activation occurs instantly (under 60 seconds). You receive your account details and nameservers by email right away.
- Bank Transfer: Accounts are activated as soon as payment is confirmed by our accounting department (or upon sending the payment receipt via ticket).
Once activated, you can immediately upload your files via FTP, access cPanel or DirectAdmin, and configure your email accounts.
