The services presented on TicketHelp.ro are provided by the company CLOUD SOLUTION2U SRL, headquartered in Fânațe Village, No. 163, Bihor County, tax ID RO35824960, registered with the Trade Register under no. TicketHelp guarantees a monthly uptime of at least 99.99% for its hosting hardware infrastructure and its own network. Accounts are activated automatically once payment is confirmed. The user is responsible for keeping the DirectAdmin / cPanel control panel access credentials safe.
